This Regulation enters into force on 3 October 1997.
Abstract

This Regulation sets out requirements for the submission of the application for commercial fishing, as well as the contents and framework of the Register on commercial fishing. Fishermen must supply to the licensing authority (Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry) personal information, equipment data and information on fishing vessels, prior to obtaining a licence. The supervision and control of this Regulation lies with the local inspectors. Annexed to the Regulation are the model forms necessary for obtaining the licence.
