Abstract

The Regulation consists of 184 articles divided in 20 Parts as follows: General Provisions (1); Fishing with Bottom Trawl Net (2); Fishing with Pelagic Trawl Net (3); Fishing with Encircling Purse Seine Nets (4); Fishing with Drift Nets (5); Fishing with Coastal Trawl Net (6); Fishing with Frightening Fishing Gear (7); Fishing with Gillnets (8); Fishing with Traps (9); Fishing with Trident with or without the Illumination (10); Fishing with Hooks and Lines (11); Fishing for Norwegian Lobster and other Small Crustaceans with Traps (12); Catching of Large Crustaceans with Traps (13); Fishing with other Traps (14); Catching of Shellfish (15); Catching or Collecting of other Marine Organisms (16); Particular Provisions (17); Schedule and Terms of Fishing (18); Common Provisions (19); and Final and Transitional Provisions (20).
