This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions and manner determining the representative markets for the purpose of collecting data on prices and quantities of agricultural products, including various conditions to be met by natural and legal persons who are delivering data (type, scope, technical issues and methods of data delivery, deadlines and frequency of data delivery data), and the method of reporting on prices of agricultural products for national and EU Commission.
