This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2011.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes quality requirements for the production and placing on market of coffee extracts and chicory extracts, and refers to: a) terms, definitions and general requirements; b) the composition; c) the technological processes used in the production and processing; d) analytical methods for determining compliance with the general quality requirements; e) additional labelling requirements.
