Abstract This Regulation provides for: a) the form of certificates of animal health, or more animals of the same type, mode and procedure of issuing the change holder, the holder of animals and procedures with certificates of loading, unloading and delivery to the slaughterhouse; b) the forms of certificates accompanying consignments of animals that do not issue certificates of animal health, the forms that accompany consignments of products of animal origin intended for human consumption and patterns of animal origin intended for confirmation or the use as industrial waste and animal substances that are dispatched by vehicles in the domestic traffic; c) forms of international health certificates necessary for the international traffic.
