Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four articles, lays down certain veterinary requirements regarding the construction, layout and equipment that should be met when producing products of animal origin in slaughterhouses with low production capacity located on farms. These veterinary requirements apply to agricultural slaughterhouses in which farmed ungulates, poultry, lagomorphs or wild animals kept in farm conditions are slaughtered, the owner of which is the operator of the slaughterhouse or another entity keeping such animals on a farm located in the same district where that slaughterhouse is located.
