Abstract This Regulation prescribes the categories of grape and wine, allowed enological practices and resources in the production and storage of wine and other grape and wine products as well as limitations in their application, the terms of the experimental application of new oenological practices, definitions and general rules that should be applied to the blend, specifications for purity and identification of substances used in oenological practices, applicable analytical methods and conditions to apply on products that are not for the market.
