Abstract This Regulation hereby determines the necessary quality requirements (to be observed during the production and placing on the market, also in terms of definitions and general requirements, composition and organoleptic properties, type and quantity of raw materials and other substances used during its manufacture and/or processing, and several additional and specific labelling requirements) to be met by all the caseins and its derivate/caseinates and mixtures thereof which are intended for human consumption.
