Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Building Law, and also in accordance with the terms provided in the Directive 2010/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 on the energy performance of buildings, prescribes the manner and conditions of conducting the energy inspection of buildings and the performance of regular inspections of heating system, cooling system and ventilation and air conditioning systems, among the content of reports on such performed inspections. This text further closely defines the method of energy certification, the content and appearance of the energy certificate, and the criteria for buildings with low energy needs, the way of energy management in buildings that consume energy and water, determination of measures to improve energy efficiency and their profitability.
