The Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2003.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of three Paragraphs and one Annex, specifies borders between inland surface waters and internal sea and territorial sea. The list of these borders is described in the Annex. For cases not specified in the Annex, the border is the line connecting both coasts of inland surface water at the estuary.
