Abstract The text consists of 19 sections divided into 6 Parts. This Regulation sets out requirements for the location of apiaries, conditions for their migration and transport, bee-keeping activities, uses of bees, pollination and the protection of bees, as well as rights and duties of bee-keepers. Bee-keeping may only be carried out if authorized. The supervision of this regulation lies with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
