Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Water Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines the way of declaring bathing areas, method of preparation and publication of the list of waters for bathing, monitoring, assessment and classification of bathing water quality, management of bathing water quality and measures in extraordinary situations, among rules regarding the necessary public informing and reporting on quality of water for bathing, and other issues important for the quality of water for swimming at surface water baths in the water area of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
