This Regulation entered into force on 24 April 2002.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down the content of application for authorization of plant protection products and detailed content of required documentation for the assessment of plant protection products. Tests and analysis to obtain data on the properties and safety for human and animal health and the environment must be carried out in accordance with the principles of good laboratory practice. This Regulation is composed of 15 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Application for authorization of plant protection products (Sec. 2); Required documentation (Sec. 3); Tests and analysis (Sec. 4); Final provisions (Sec. 5).
