Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment establishes areas where it is allowed to locate the underground storage of carbon dioxide in accordance with Directive 2009/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the geological storage of carbon dioxide. These areas are specfied in Annex where in particular geographical coordinates of such areas are provided.
