This Regulation entered into force on 15 March 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes areas sensitive economically or environmentally. Farmers from these areas are allowed to apply for subsidies within the direct support scheme. Such sensitive areas are specifies for agricultural farms of cattle (Annex 1) and sheep (Annex 2).
