Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and five Annexes, lays down forms of applications for: consent for restricted use of genetically modified organisms (Annex 1); consent for release into the environment of genetically modified organisms for non-marketing purposes (Annex 2); permission for marketing genetically modified organisms (Annex 3); export of genetically modified organisms (Annex 4); transit of genetically modified organisms (Annex 5).
