This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the official allocation of quotas and the National Long-term individual quota for 2016 (for fishing vessels using purse seining method); and allocation of quotas and of the National Long-term individual quotas for 2016 for fishing vessels using hooks (fishing gear) in commercial fisheries.
