This Regulation fully entered into force on 1 January 2017.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the complete set of provision (including technical, food safety rules, and classification/list of related substances, see Annex) as regards the food additives that can be used, specific conditions for their use safe. Monitored and controlled use, labelling, placing on the market and other relevant issues all aimed to define the correct use of food additives on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
