Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, establishes additional requirements for national referential laboratory for foot-and-mouth disease. These requirements are specified in par. 2 and they supplement minimal norms for laboratories working with foot-and-mouth disease, which have been specified in Annex XII to the Council Directive 2003/85/EC on Community measures for the control of foot-and-mouth disease repealing Directive 85/511/EEC and Decisions 89/531/EEC and 91/665/EEC and amending Directive 92/46/EEC.
