This Regulation enters into force on 5 August 2009.
Abstract

This Regulation sets out procedures and requirements for obtaining permits for the storage and collection of hazardous and toxic waste (B3 waste) and provides for obligations of persons or business entities producing, collecting, transporting, processing or piling up B3 waste to clean and recover the environment.
