Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of section 36 (2) of the Veterinary Act, defines a list of animal species to which an entrepreneur must draw up a biosecurity plan when keeping them. According to the Regulation, the animal species include: pigs; fish and crustaceans, if they are kept in an aquaculture enterprise; poultry, if there are more than 50 of them in the company.
