Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of Section 73 (3) of the Fishing Act, concerns the definition of rates of compensation for damage caused to fish stocks and aquatic plants. The Regulation provides for: methodology for calculating the damage, according to the provisions of the Fishing Act, and taking into account specific characteristics of the species; the preparation by the competent institutional officials of an Act regarding the amount of damage caused to fish stocks and aquatic plants.
