Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of Section 16 (3) of the Fishing Act, provides for regulating the introduction of naturally occurring fish into the Estonian water bodies. The Regulation concerns: documents to be submitted when applying for a fish stocking permit; origin of stocked fish;  species, population, age, quantity of fish and average weight of the fish to be stocked; location of the water body; the consent of the owner of the water body, in case the settlement takes place in water body not designated for public use; procedure for stocking fish into the water body.
