The Regulation defines the following duties and functions of Land Bank: land utilisation, land planning, land procurement, land acquisition, land management, land distribution. Further matters covered by this Regulation specify: the land planning activities, through long-term, mid-plan, and annual plans; origin of land resulting from government stipulation, including: abandoned land, land for reclamation, land without control; land management and development activities; control of land tenure, land utilisation and land value. The Regulation also concern: Land Bank asset and structure; Land Bank’s right over land, including right to build, use and cultivate; financial provisions.
