Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 104 articles and implementing the provisions of Article 142 and Article 185 point b of Law no. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation, provides for: the right to manage, cultivate, build, use on land; apartment unit; land rights and management of underground and overground spaces; land registration. The following relevant terms are defined: land; State land or land controlled by the State, including: reclamation land, emerging land, land derived from relinquishment or submission of right, land derived from release of forest area, abandoned land, entitled land; right to manage; land rights; overground space; underground space; right renewal; land registration; abandoned land; destroyed land; land office.
