Abstract This Regulation establishes the financial structure necessary to compete the program of direct payments for farmers (including young farmers/rural youth for the year 2015), that are consisting of resources of the European Fund for Agricultural Guarantee and complementary national direct payments, according to the annual national ceilings, and funds planned in the state budget of the Republic of Croatia.
