Article 1 of the text refers to restrictions and Article 2 lays out general exceptions. Articles 3 - 8 provide specific regulations for each named lakes. The shipping limitations are considered based on the engine power of the vehicles while the text permits shipping for vehicles with electric motors for private purposes. The Regulation further allows fishing for plankton in some areas. The text outlines provisions for other bodies of water, eligibility period, reservation list, and transitional and final provision.
