It is composed of 17 articles . Article 2 provides for some terms and definitions. Article 7 states that the owner of the farm can establish another farm for breeding other types of animals and poultry on the same site. Article 8 states that no expansion or no establishing of new farms can occur without the authorization from the Ministry of Agriculture. Article 10 provides for the terms and conditions of licensing a farm. Any violation to the provisions of this Regulation will be penalized according to the Agricultural Law No. 44 of 2002.
