R/25 of 2021 on the Natural Resources and Naturally Protected Species. The amendment of article 9 of the main Regulations prescribes times for formulating the management Plan for the treatment of naturally protected areas, in consultation of the Government with the responsible Agencies; preparation and periodical review of the management Plan for the treatment of naturally protected species; the amendment of article 16 concerns the definition of criteria to be considered in determining the, threat, endangerment and extinction of native species; article 19 is amended by inserting a paragraph on guidelines for using the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List categories and criteria; insertion of a new schedule on the classification of standards to be considered in determining endangered species.
