Abstract This Regulation applies to the commercial catch of lobster and identification labeling thereof (in adherence to Regulation No. 641 of 30 April 2010 related to the marketing of first-hand wild living marine resources). It is illegal to buy or sell lobsters that are not marked, and any purchase of first-hand catch of lobsters must apply an identification mark approved by the sales organization, and following sales manual instructions. Non-compliance shall be subject to penalties in accordance to articles 62-64 of the Marine Living Resources Act.
