Efforts shall be made to ensure that poultry can live in accordance with their normal behavior as far as possible. The regulation sets out minimum requirements on individual issues. The use of traditional cages according to Article 24 shall cease after 31 December 2022. The Regulation contains 34 articles divided into the following Chapters: I.
