Abstract The purpose of this Regulation is to reallocate participation rights for recruitment purposes. For these recruitment purposes, up to 25 new participation rights for 2014 may be awarded and only one for each participant’s entry. Each participant shall be granted access for a specific vessel directly or indirectly owned by more than 50%, and for particular fishery – in adherence to Regulation No. 1184 of 7 December 2012 No. 1184 related to the participating in the group's coastal vessels fishing for 2013 (Participant Regulation LEX-FAOC118509).
