This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions and related procedures as regards the issuance of permits in relation to the limitations granted by the rules of article 49, paragraph 1 of the Bulgarian Law on biodiversity.
