Article 3 applies also to fishing for saltwater fish under Article 40 of Act No. 47 on salmonids and inland fishing. Fishing for anadromous salmon with rod and hand line is permitted all year round from land and boat, as long as the exceptions in Article 2 and 3 are upheld. The Annex lays down rules concerning seasons and areas where fishing with wedge seine and salmon roe is permitted.
