Abstract This Regulation amends Government Regulation No. 78/2010 concerning reclamation and post-mining. Amendments of several articles provide for the requirements to be satisfied for the reclamation and post-mining in mineral and coal mining business activity. Reclamation executed by holders of IUP and IUPK Exploration shall be obliged to fulfill specific principles (listed in the text) and establish mining environmental protection measures and management requirements.
