Abstract

Greenland halibut trawling in Greenland's exclusive economic zone within ICES statistical areas Va, XII and XIV shall cease with effect from 25 January 2015. Fishing vessels that have been granted quota for Greenland halibut may continue fishing within these quotas. Non-compliance with these regulations shall be punisheable with articles 60, 64-65 of Act No. 37.
