Abstract: The Regulation specifies certain parts of the forestry and pasture fund to be removed by the forestry economy of FAG and Kerrabe Gurre, Tirana and to be used by the ‘Hydro Energy’ Ltd for the construction of HECs Murdhari 1 and 2. Coordinates and maps are attached to this regulation. The total area to be removed is 27.55 ha of Fag, Tirana and 1.9 ha of Kerrabe Gurre, Tirana. The Hydro Energy Ltd should afforest 10 ha of forest at the areas designated by the Regional Forestry Departments.
