Abstract

The Regulation partly amends Regulation No. 1581 with what concerns fishing quota for capelin in the Barents Sea (article 6), and total allowable catch (article 7). Fishing vessels are authorized to participate in coastal fishing at the maximum quotas regardless of vessel size. Fisheries Directorate determines the authorized total allowable catch after deadline for registration is expired. Maximum quota is set at 200 tons.
