Abstract The Regulations amends regulations of Regulation No. 1387 with regard to: trawl-fishing for a total allowable catch and landing of cod of 1 400 tons (a); cod-trawl licensed vessels registered as fresh fish and freezer trawlers, for a t.a.c. and landing of 1 000 tons (b); Vessels subject to with saithe quota factor 1.00 shall be permitted to fish and land maximim 1 000 tons. Vessels with pelagic trawl permit in the North Sea for a maximum fishing and landing of 600 tons. Trawl-licensed fishing vessels shall now be permitted to fish up to 325 tons of saithe in 2006, 2007 or 2008 with an applicable quota factor 1 and a maximum fishing and landing of 600 tons. Other vessels with limited cod-quota permit shall be calculated with factor 0.5 and with maximum allowed fishing and landing of 300 tons.
