Abstract

This Regulation validates the list of types of special water uses for waterworks (Annex I), forms of licences for water uses for waterworks and the form of General Licence, the forms of registers for licences for water uses, of General Licences and contracts for the use of waterworks. The Regulation is applicable exclusively to surface water. This Regulation entitles water basin institutions, local branches of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation to ensure the formalities
