The prohibition notwithstanding, Swedish vessels may engage in such activity for a limited total allowable catch and limited zones (listed as a) 382 tonnes of cod b) 707 tonnes of haddock (c) 880 tonnes said d) 190 tonnes of pollack and whiting (e) 253 tonnes of mackerel, including bycatch (f) 800 tonnes of industrial fish, of which a maximum of 400 tonnes of horse mackerel (g) 886 tonnes of herring h) 123 tonnes of shrimp). Bycatch is also allowed (cod, haddock, saithe, pollack and whiting shall be calculated against the quotas for these species).
