Abstract It is prohibited for Norwegian vessels to fish and land shrimps in Greenland Economic Zone in 2015. Notwithstanding this prohibition, vessels may fish up to 2 550 tons of shrimps in Greenland Economic Zone ICES' areas XIV and Va. Participating vessels can fish freely within the total allowable catch. In order to participate in the fishery the vessel must have participated in shrimp fishery in Greenland for at least one of the last six years.
