Reporting of electric supply shall enter into force on 1 January 2016. Abstract This Regulation sets rules on the reporting requirements for energy supply agreements with consumers. The reporting should include price/kWh, including any premium and any fixed amount related to the power supply agreement. It should also specify which sectors the contract is offered to, and all relevant contract terms and conditions as well or limitations in power supply agreement.
