Abstract It is prohibited for Norwegian vessels to fish and land plaice in the following areas in 2015: a) In the North Sea, Norway's territorial waters and economic zone south of 62° N and in EU waters in ICES statistical area IV. b) In Skagerrak, off 4 nautical miles of the Swedish and Danish shores. Notwithstanding the prohibition, Norwegian vessels may fish and land up to 8 386 tons in the North Sea and b) 501 tons in the Skagerrak.
