Abstract

The objective of the present Regulation is to contribute to reducing the likelihood of fire and limiting the consequences that fire can have on life, health, environment, and material goods. The Regulation contains 24 articles organized in the following chapters: I. Introductory provisions; II. Preventive duties for building owners; III. Preventive duties for the users of buildings; IV. The preventive duties of municipalities; VI. Product requirements; VII. Final provisions.
