Abstract

The Regulation's goal is to ensure that provisions made in adherence to the Aquaculture Act are implemented. The regulations provided detail rules on coercive determination of the administrative forfeiture and assessment of infringement penalties for Aquaculture Act. The Fisheries Directorate shall reduce or waive fines incurred in special circumstances.
