Abstract The purpose of this Regulation is to preserve intact as ecosystem valleys with old spruce and pine forests with elements of source spruce and sand pine forests, and that have particular importance for biodiversity in that it contains a number of rare and vulnerable fungal and lichens. It is an objective to maintain conservation values in the most untouched condition, and possibly develop them. The natural reserve runs through location / BNR .: 32/1 and 32/2 in Rendalen municipality and covers a total area of approx. 6 800 acres. The purpose includes the preservation of the Sami natural foundation. Provisions herewith are regulated by the Ministry of Environment.
