This Regulation enters into force immediately.
Abstract

The present Regulation, adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, lays down rules on the market regulator's supply obligation in the dairy sector. The market regulator shall have a supply obligation of milk to independent dairy companies that participate in the price equalization scheme in the market regulation for milk, as per Article 18 of Regulation No. 1478 relative to arrangements for the placing on the market of milk and milk product produced in Norway.
