Abstract There Regulation establishes permission to Norwegian vessels to fish and land mackerel in 2014. It sets rules on group quotas for vessels in coastal vessel groups, fishing seine groups, fishing trawl groups, fishing in coastal vessel group, and authorized method of fishing.
