Abstract

The Regulation sets guidelines for the collection of a fee for fisheries research and monitoring (fisheries fee) to cover part of the cost for acquiring the necessary knowledge base for fisheries management. The fee is paid to the Norwegian State and subject to settlement and maturity settlements for specific periods detailed in article 5.
